Its creative, cost-effective services support the goals of a variety of nonprofit and for profit housing, economic development, and health and public transit-oriented institutions.
Our park-making, open space protection, and land restoration work supports the recreational, wildlife habitat, and cultural preservation priorities of state, county, and municipal agencies and nonprofit conservation organizations.
In select communities, Commonweal Conservancy provides transaction facilitation services to schools that seek to integrate their facility development objectives with open space, mixed-use housing, or other public benefits. Commonweal Conservancy's service to educational institutions is designed to solve unusually complex negotiation, land assemblage, and entitlement problems that extend beyond the capacity and experience of in-house real estate staff.
